Medicare rebates are available when your GP refers to mindBody Pain Care for Pain Physiotherapy using the Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC). Provider details can be found on the referral form below. The Medicare rebate covers part of the cost of up to 5 treatment sessions. Out-of-pocket fee sapply.

Private Health Insurance: Please check with your private health provider if you have Physiotherapy included in your policy and confirm the specifics of what your policy covers. Receipts will be provided for processing any eligible rebates with your insurance company.

If you're a WorkCover or TAC client, you'll need a referral from your GP or medical specialist with claim details.

If you are on the NDIS, you may be eligible if you have a self-managed or plan-managed funding scheme.
