Cancellation Policy

We understand that 'life happens' and there might be occasions where you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your next scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling of bookings can be made by calling 0468 367 817 or emailing nic@mindbodypaincare.au. If no one is available to answer, please leave a voicemail. 

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be incur a $50 cancellation fee - automatically charged to your account. Please note, cancellation fees are not covered by Medicare or private health insurance.
